One email address, two POP3 accounts

My home ISP is different than my work ISP. When I cart my laptop back and
forth, do I need to change my Outlook email account information to update the
different POP3 account names in order to download email to Outlook? In both
places I'm using one email account and I'd like to download all the emails to
the same PST file so I have a complete record of all my
received/sent/replied/deleted messages.

There should be no problem with doing this. Create 2 accounts (1 for work
and 1 for home) depending where you are download from the appropriate
account. Put the pst file on your hard drive and it can be available for
either accounts.

If you can use both accounts from both locations it is just the sake of
adding both. Outlook will always reply from the account email is received
from unless you specify otherwise.
