one client & 3 records produce 3 pages

Please help! I have filterd my form so that I get the result that I need but
when I prnt the report I get 3 pages when I need the info combined onto one
sheet. I have one client with 3 different insurance policies that need to be
print one report. How can I accompilsh this?
 
I would first check the paper size. Go to file/page setup/page and check page
size and orientation and number of columns you want.

try this:
view form in design view.
araange
table lable on header
and data on details.

eg: staff _Id Label
staff_Id

and checked paper size and margins
