On Startup Open to a specific Form

I want to have a form open when a DB is opened on startup using access 2007.
That use to be done in Startup of 2003 but cant find how to do it in 2007.
Also when the form opens up that is all I want the user to see. Does anyone
know the code that will open only the form only and not the All Assess Boxes
that now open on Left of the screen now or the tool bar at the top of the
page?

OOPs Hey got it figured out. No need to reply. Was in the new little
windows tab in the upper left corner.
