On screen keypad

I was wondering if anyone had developed a form which
could be used to type numerals into a field within the
same form.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what kind of a form you are lookiing for...would it be pop-up
calculator?

Thank you for a response. I don't require an onscreen
calculator, I would like to have what looks like a
numerical keypad which enters numbers into a field and
the numbers would be the value of the field.
