ON Open error

I have an Access application, one of the forms is giving an error when I try
to open it. This occurs on one PC, but on another one it works OK.

The error I get is
The expression ON OPEN you entered as the event setting produced the
following error: Member already exists in an object from which this object
module derives.

Both PC's are running Windows XP and Access 2003.
The application has been previously running on Windows 95 with Access 2000
without any problem.

Any ideas?
 
Opps mistake in original query. The PC where the app works is running Access
2000 and Windows XP. THe PC where it fails is running Access 2002 and
Windows XP
