On/Off Button on MCE Remote on Vista

Does anyone know how to program the On/Off Button on MCE Remote under Vista?

In XP MCE, I can set the button to shut down or sleep in control panel. In
Vista, I can't find it, I can set the keyboard on/off switch button to shut
down instead of sleep under the power management, but the on/off switch on
remote still set as sleep instead of off.

Any clue where to set?
