I would try one of two things:
1. File > New Window
2. Launch a second session of Internet Explorer
3. If the problem is happening with a link, you might try right-clicking
the link and selecting "Open in New Window."
Those are the three basic methods I know to launch new windows in Internet
Explorer. If those don't work, I'm sorry I wasn't able to help.
