When I receive e-mail replies from some but not all recipients their reply text is missing. The only text in the message is my original text. Also, in every case this happens their e-mail address is listed as "on behalf of" See the example below

John Doe [[email protected]]; on behalf of; John Doe [[email protected]

Some clients I have this issue with use Lotus Notes so I'm thinking it is an issue with my e-mail client or my ISP's (Comcast) e-mail server which I assume is an Exchange server

My e-mail client is MS Outlook 2002 SP2 running on WIN XP. Does anyone have an idea what may be causing this issue? Thx

I just changed my Outlook setting to Auto Preview and I can see the recipients reply. Also, I checked the message header and it appears all three domains I'm having trouble with are Lotus Notes servers.
