OmnisPass question

Hi there

I hope that this is the correct forum for posting this problem... If not can
you please advise me.

I'm using OmniPass on XP and whenever I logout, it forgets to show
fingerprint sensor when I startup up again. Even if I click the "X" to
display the sensor box it does not display the box. I have to log in with my
password, then "Log off current user", then log back in. Then it works. But
even so when I log off, it forgets again....

I think the best place to start would be with OmniPass tech support.
OmniPass is not built into the Windows operating system but is
third-party software.

Julia, I have Omnipass on my Motion tablet. There is an update posted for
the program at the Motion site. Don't know if you have a tablet or not but
if Motion has an update, the Omnipass site should have one too.

I followed the Softext link but I cannot locate the update section.

I am not using a Motion tablet (although I did see the update on the Motion
site).

I'm using a Libretto with XP and wondered if you know the exact location
where I can obtain the update to fix the problem I am having. I've search
Google but did not find a suitable URL.

There is an update for this software on the Toshiba website. There is also
a notice about problems with Omnipass and some Toshiba models that this
update is supposed to fix. I could not get a direct URL for you though
since javascript is used to popup access for the download. I found these
things in the Technical Support/Downloads pages.
