Omnipage 15 Pro won't open pdf document

When I attempt to open a pdf document (www.nuevia.com/test1.pdf) I get
the error message :

OmniPage cannot read this image file type. Please see the OmniPage
documentation for a list of supported file types.

There is no encryption or security enabled in this document.

Any idea why OmniPage won't open it?

Omnipage is an OCR engine, not a PDF reader or an excuse for a PDF
editor. Remember, PDF is essentially a write-once format. Maybe
you'd better explain what it is that you want to do, then someone may
be able to help you.

you'd better explain what it is that you want to do, then someone may
be able to help you.

If you just want to be able to read the PDF, you can download the free
Acrobat Reader.

While you are correct, Omnipage is supposed to be able to OCR pdf files,
which are often scanned images of a page. It is (supposedly) a
supported input filetype.

Check the Help files - I just did.

I have OmniPage Pro 12 - click "Process-Get Page-Load Image File", and
browse to the PDF document to load it.
