How do I Omit all lines from all new blank documents or viewed documents &
tables. These non printing lines obscure accurate vision of a complex
document?

Which version of Word? You need to turn off the option to Show Text
Boundaries, but the location of the option depends on your version of Word.

I'm guessing you've turned on the drawing grid in Word 2007. On the View
tab, in the Show/Hide group, uncheck Gridlines.

Thanks; my Word is 2003

If I remember correctly, the option is under Tools, Options, View tab
(definitely Tools, Options somewhere).
