Omega Drivers: Hotkeys no longer work?

Did a fresh install of the latest XP Omega drivers (version
rad_w2kxp_omega_2504.exe) and HotKeys no longer function in Fullscreen
D3D games. Is there a fix for this?

I installed Powerstrip 3.47 and now have my in game gamma contols (and
a lot more) back!
