what can I do to fix the following error?

---------------------------
OMA DRM Source Filter Error
---------------------------
Failed to acquire rights for the stream. This can be due to a network
problem, please try again later! (Code: 0x0003)
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
I get the above when I open web TV page like the English channel 9 of
http://tv.cctv.com/live_t/index.shtml
Actually any other channel as well

the requite active control has been installed and was useable a couple of
days earlier. the webpage was playing nicely before yesterday. NO hardware
no software change since then.
the PC is xp home with latest os critical patches installed

System restore to before this happened .

the sys. restore may work if the latest security update was applied before
the op's err event.

if op really meant no software hw change then, I suspect Sys restore would
not help

I did some research on Google with "OMA DRM" +Fail then
"CCTV.com OMA DRM" and found a number of people having similar problem

Don't know if its the website or PC problem but it does not seem to matter
which windows platform, be it XP home, Windows 200 pro.... and also some
people with a different pc seem to work

However there is an very annoying alternative which consumes 100% CPU:
http://www.cctv.com/live/CDN_video_beta1.html

meanwhile people with OMA DRM problem should fill out the feedback form to
their website. may be they will do something about it.

Good luck
