OLK8 is the default directory for saving email
attachments in OutlookXP yet try to find it...I dare
you. It has my zip file that was saved there. Searches
don't find the folder, and I don't remember the saved
file name. The email is deleted.

What ABSOLUTELY stupid design, by an OBSCENELY unhelpful
company. Where is OLK8? Find it and I'll pay ANYONE
other than a MS employee or underling for the prize.
There will be no more booty for Bill's pirates.

Has been aswered by me in the general newsgroup already;
To keep the post in tact a copy :-)

By default you can find it here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLK8\
It's the default temp folder for when you open attachments directly from
Outlook. It's hidden and you can't browse to it. Copy and paste the address
in the address bar to get to it.
