OLE Registration Error

Was hoping someone had a solution for a problem I am
having with my microsoft outlook 2000. When I go to open
it, I get an error message saying OLE Registration Error.
It suggest that I reload the program, which I have, but it
still gives me the error reading..
Any suggestions?
