MrSteve
Application developed and running under
WIN2K and Access 2K
One screen has an embedded OLE artwork developed in
MSWord. Works fine.
Bought new computer using Office XP and Win XP prof.
Ran the access application and got an error of :
"A problem occurred while communicating with the OLE
server" It then suggested that I try to "Connect to the
network", "Close and restart", or "Reinstall the OLE
server".
This is not my corner of things. Any suggestions what is
missing? How would I "Reinstall the OLE server"? I
reinstalled both WIN XP and Office XP with every option I
could find and I still get the same comments.
My assumption is that there is something missing in the
TOOLS\REFERENCES selection, but don't know what.
Thanks much in advance for the help.
