IF you are unfamiliar with what I am talking about, when
you open a database, you can click Tools, Options on the
access menu and under the advanced tab, you can set an
OLE/DDE timout in seconds. It comes with a default of 30
seconds. This was changed to 300 as some larger reports
were timing out before completing. The solution works
great and was set over a week ago on a Citrix Server.
Well, today, the users were timing out again and we looked
at this eetting and it was back to the default of 30
seconds. Is this truly a setting for all people that
connect to the server as we understood or can this setting
be lost after a reboot? Something happened.
Thanks, Phillip
