Older Outlook Express to Outlook Express XP migration

I searched several places and just couldn't find what I
think must be a common challenge.

I'm migrating from a Windows 98 SE PC to a new Windows XP
Professional machine. I need to move all the Outlook
Express folders etc. from the old machine to the new. I
tried this once before with the 'files and settings'
wizard and a lot of stuff was missed.

Both machines are now on the same network during the
migration. I did track down the storage location of
the .dbx and other files and did a copy from the old
machine to the new. It seemed to bring the folders over,
but I'm afraid of what I might have missed.

I also need to move the OE address book into the new
machine, but I didn't see where that was stored.

Any help greatly appreciated.

To make a backup copy of your Outlook Express e-mail message folder, follow
these steps:

1. Start Outlook Express.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. On the Maintenance tab, click the Store Folder button, this will show to
the default location of where your Outlook Express data is stored. Write
this down.
4. Open the Windows Explorer program and browse to the Default location that
you wrote down.
5. Right click on the default folder (Outlook Express), and left click the
option to Copy it.
6. Paste the folder into another folder location. I recommend creating a
c:\Backup folder and pasting it there. You can also paste it to the D:
drive, or a zip drive, or the CDRW drive.

To restore or import your e-mail message folder back into Outlook Express,
follow these steps:

1. On the File menu, point to Import, and then click Messages.
2. In the "Select an e-mail program to import from" box, click Microsoft
Outlook Express 5 or 6, and then click Next.
3. Click "Import mail from an OE5 or 6 store directory", and then click OK.
4. Click Browse, and then point to the folder that includes the files you
want to import.
5. Click "All folders", click Next, and then click Finish.

To make a backup copy of your Windows Address Book, follow these steps:

that you wrote down.
4. Right click on the default folder (Address Book), and left click the
option to Copy it.
5. Paste the folder into another folder location. I recommend creating a
c:\Backup folder and pasting it there. You can also paste it to the D:
drive, or a zip drive, or the CDRW drive.

To restore or import your Windows Address Book back into Outlook Express,
follow these steps:

1. In Outlook Express, Click File, click Import, and then click Address
