I have an older computer that I plan to RUN my MODEL
TRAIN layout

the program for it was upgraded to run on XP
can I run my copy of XP on this outher computer it does
not have internet axcessability

Without information, it is hard to say.. XP requires a reasonable amount of
power to run, AND you can't use your copy of XP TWICE.. you must get a
seperate licence.. if you do not run a reasonably fast processor, your
trains will outpace your program.. lol..

I had model trains many years ago (Fleischmann) and there were modules that
could be used to control them.. it seems that Model railroads have been
elevated to the 21st century if they can be controlled using an XP program..

Hello
MS licensing only allows you to run the operating system on 1 computer with
1 license you will have to purchase another license or another copy of XP.

I have model trains...tons of Lionel and Backman. I run them everyday. Use
controllers to run them Mel....a computer makes it a lot harder.
