OLD WEB PAGES

I am not able to read new web pages, i keep looking at
the old page and the new page is available when typing in
index.html etc. what could be the problem. others have
looked on their computer and found the newer version of
the page.

Have a look at this setting.
"Tools, Internet Options/Security/Custom Levels" "Allow META Refresh" must
be Enabled
