old scsi tower parts

I have 9 rails and faceplates (black) from a CI-9000 THFF. Rails are
marked something-2041-something and appear to be L-R symmetrical. Like old
style rails that would be mounted to a 3.5" HD, then a faceplate screwed on
to a flange on the front.

Like this except the top is the same as the other 8.

Here's a link to the manual for the 9000:

Judging from the pictures on CI designs site the rails are completely
different. Also the faceplates are attached to the front bezel and
have no contact with the HDs at all so they are different.

I just took a closer look at the parts I have and I was mistaken about
the faceplates. They have four tabs that clip into the bezel. So the
rails just take up the slack between the 3.5" drive and the 5.25" bay.
I'll send you snapshots if still interested. Spray the case black and
you're done? :)

The bezels on mine clip in completely differently so the ones you have wont
stay on. I went through the effort of contacting the original company and
they have no stock of parts for the 8000 series at all.

The unit just looks funny with 3 gaping holes in it, plus it would be nice
to have 3 more drives mounted in there.
