old pages reloading

i have a problem with ie loading old web pages that i frequent and not the
current page.
when my home page loads i am getting the page that was viewed on feb 5. when
i click on that page's home button it loadds the current page. this happening
with a lot of my regular pages. i have to reload the page to get a current
page.

any answers ??

Right click on IE and select Properties (or open IE) then ;
Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings >
select "every visit to page" - apply etc.

tried that. didn't work. i still see a home page that says "steelers win 5th
super bowl"

When you get to that page, do a CTRL+F5.

Your Temporary Internet Files folder may need to be deleted if no joy:
