Hello,
I cant seem to get a straight answer on this issue - now seeking help here:
I have a customer who was using EITHER Office 97 or Office 2000, she isnt
sure and the system used has been removed.
She has the OLD pst file that is about 16MB on a zip disk. When attempting
to use/import in Outlook 2003, the only data that shows are:
3 SENT emails out of hundreds she had
Seemingly the entire Calendar, seems accurate and complete
NOTHING else....No other sent, inbox or draft emails.
In fact, the NEW pst file shows about 4MB, no where near the 16MB in size of
the old pst
After hours trying to remove one of 2 personal folders that kept appearing,
I am exhausted and cant find how to adequately import her OLD pst - even
after creating a new folder, then trying to import data from the OLD pst file.
Is there a process or conversion capability to enable Outlook 2003 to
properly import/open ALL her previous PST content?
Any...and I do mean any...assistance on this matter would be so very
appreciated....I THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
Regards,
iukini
