Old numbers, new phone

I have about 250 names-and-numbers in an Excel worksheet, representing
the current directory in my *very* old Nokia phone.

(There is no direct way to move them into my much newer Nokia 6360, so
several hours of thumb-typing lie ahead.)

Instead, my hope is to "import" them from Excel into Outlook, then use
Nokia linking software to transfer them from Outlook into the new phone.

So I am now looking for advice on the "importing" from Excel to
Outlook -- is there a way to do so quickly and simply?

Thanks in advance!

Why are you posting an Outlook/Excel question in an Access newsgroup? Did
you plan to use Microsoft Access in this process somewhere?

I would look at the import features in Outlook. Try the help file.
