Actually the Fuji MX700 has an inbox driver in Windows XP, but you have to
manually install it. What you need to do is open the Control Scanner and
Camera Control Panel (Start>Control Panel). If you don't see the Scanner and
Camera's control panel select "Switch to Classic View" on the left of the
Control Panel window and it should appear. With the Scanner and Camera
Control panel open, select "Add an Imaging Device" from the tasks on the
left. The Scanner and Camera Installation Wizard will launch, from the list
of manufacturers select "FUJIFILM" and the MX700 driver will be listed.
Select it, and then hit next. On the port selection page select "Automatic
Port Detection" or if you know what com port the camera is physically
attached to, select that port. Then follow the rest of the prompts and it
should work fine.
