I am trying to clean up my hard drive of unwanted old
files, such as .Temp, .bak, .old, and any internet crap
ect...
Is there a program that will help with this. When I was
using ME i used a program called HD Valet that cleaned
everything up giving me back 25% of my hard drive.
anything that would make this process easy and safe.

You could use HD Valet, if you still have it.

I'm using HDValet with XP. You might also look for a freeware program
called Empty Temp Folders. Cleans temp files and folders, history and
cookies, allows you to select entries you want to keep to be kept
until deleted.
