Old HD WinXP home has stuff I need in it

Second drive out of old system, had Win XP home on it which was
password protected, Put that HD in new system as second drive and
cannot retrieve all my files in My documents folder. Lots of photos
and stuff. Would really appreciate any help to recover these files.
Won't let me change any attribs of the folders on that drive.

Look into "taking ownership" of the files.
