Old favorites folder- how to use the old links?

I have many dozens of favorite URLs I had stored in my
Favorites folder in my old Win98SE OS. When I upgraded to
WinXP, these do not show up in IE 6.0 under the Favorites
menu. How to configure WinXp IE to recognize my old
Favorites?
 
Just copy the favorites from your old Favorites folder to the new
Favorites folder.
Favorites location in Windows XP if installed on C:
C:\Documents and Settings\logon_name\Favorites
If not in that location, then right-click a favorite, select
Properties and look at the General tab.
