Old Coolvolt Comments

Absolutely Excellent!
After looking around for a decent gaming pc, a friend told me to check out coolvolt....and i'm glad I did.
I went for the flagship 'System Shock Ultra'. It's got to be said, all promises made on their site were stuck to - its unbelievably fast, incredibly stable, and it looks amazing (although i cant speak for the rest of their lineup).
The price surprised me as well. The top of the range systems are pretty cheap considering what you're getting - definately cheaper than their competition.
My only niggle is the fact it took two weeks for the system to arrive at my door (although I must say that they kept me informed all the way through on the process of my order, and they are hand-built).
All in all, they remind me of alienware back in the early days, when the customer was number 1 (yes, i'm an "old" gamer, and i still have an old alienware rig from 1998!).
I highly recommended coolvolt - Keepup the great work! 5 stars.

Customer support was great!!! Whenever i emailed they were back to me within 24 hours at the latest
