old computer crashed, how to install frontpage on new one

My old computer crashed, and when I tried to install it on my new computer it
told me I didn't have the license for it. I tried emailing Microsoft, and
that was a waste, all they said was I could use it only once. Well, it's
doing me no good on a computer that doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

Is it an upgrade version??

If so you will need the disk for the original version you installed.
Run the upgrade install, when it asks for a qualified version, insert the original install CD
and click OK, it will then ask for the upgrade disk you are trying to install from.

No, it's FrontPage 2003. I just got it in July. My computer at school got a
virus and crashed and when I tried to put it on the new one, it said I
couldn't.
