Using less logic, it does not give me speeds or resolutions.
Searching better, perhaps you will find speeds or resolutions.
BTW, if logic was the determining factor then the 4200 should be a
newer model than the 2100.
That would be a good analogy if most electronic items were released in
chronological order with model numbers going up each new revision was
released. That, however, is not true. Cell phones, computers, printers,
scanners, speakers, microwaves etc...all don't go by that.
Is it really that hard to do a search on Canon's website (among others)?
Unless you're using a different kind of internet than the rest of us, I
don't see how you couldn't have found this:
http://www.usa.canon.com/cpr/pdf/Brochures/BJC-2000_spec.pdf or this
http://www.usa.canon.com/cpr/pdf/Brochures/BJC-2100_spec.pdf or this
http://www.usa.canon.com/cpr/pdf/Manuals/BJC4200_user_manual.pdf or this
"The BJC-4100 uses the same cartridges used in the existing BJC-4000 that
includes an all-black print head/cartridge with 128 nozzles that produces
720x360 dpi. The BJC-4100 also comes with a color cartridge/print head that
includes 64 nozzles for black and 72 nozzles for color. Color output is
rated at slightly less than one page per minute."
Information on the BJC-4100 is hard to find because it's essentially a
BJC-4000 w/ the BC-21e print head standard. Hope that helps. It took all
of five minutes to find everything...
