OLAP CUBE ERROR

When trying to crate an OLAP CUBE from an access database in excel, i get the
following error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

CLIENT SAFETY OPTIONS DO NOT ALLOW PAS THROUGH STATMENTS TO BE ISSUES TO THE
DATA SOURCE
 
Thats what i thought. I created the data base so i can change anything that
needs to be changed. Any suggestions?
 
The data base was created by me and currently resides on my c: drive. It was
created in access 2003 and i am trying to query it from excel 2003.
 
These are my steps.

DATA: Import external data: new database query:ms database query:i then
select the database which is on my c: drive, choose my columns, go to finish
the query, and i can select on of the 3.

1. Return data to MS office Excel.
2. View data or edit query in MS Query
3. Create an OLAP Cube from this query.

I choose 3, and follow the directions. It goes thru then i get the error
message i described earlier.

Im not srue what you mean when you say you are unaware of a "CUBE FUNCTION"
in excel. I think its classified as a query.
