OL6+Hotmail sync/refresh new emails

I am looking for a way to sync my new emails when they arrive in OL6 to be
displayed, an Inbox auto refresh. Is this possible?

ie. Upon veiwing the Inbox folder, new email arrives at the web based
version but doesn't show in OL6 Inbox. Why?

How can this be made to do so, auto refresh?
(Sync works only when i choose to startup or shutdown OL6 on my specified
folders - no problem with that if you are thinking of that.)
