OL2003 not Minimising

Hi all, I am using OL 2003 and it has in the last few days started to close
down whenever I try to minimise it. When I click on the minimise button it
just closes down, no warning or shecking for emails. I havent changed any
settings.Can someone shed some light in this for me.

is there an outlook icon in the notification area/ tray? right click on it
and see if minimize to tray is enabled.

No, it doesn't close. RIght-click the Outlook icon in the Notification Area
of the Taskbar and uncheck "Hide when Minimized".
