Hi

A have a complex environment and we are in a migration phase: 10 Sites
(original 5.5), some are original 5.5, some are mixed (5.5/EXCH2K3)
and some are EXCH2K3. All are W2K3 users. All works fine, message
flow, Meeting requests, the Users are all in GAL. If userA in SiteA
open the calendar from userB in SiteA all is fine. But if UserA tries
to open the calendar from userC in site B he get the error message:
the information store could not be opened. Calendar Permissions are:
default=reviewer.
How can I troubleshoot this, or does onyone know how this exactly
works ? or what logging can I enable that I will get more infos in the
evenlog ?
Thanks a lot for your help
Best regards
Franz

Try posting this in an Exchange News Group as it is more closely related to
Exchange than Outlook.

I get this same message under much the same circumstances. I a
migrating to Exchange 2003 from Exchange 2000. A user who has man
reviewers was moved to the new server. Some -- but not all -- of he
reviewers on her calendar (still on the old server) can no longer se
it. They get the message "Unable to display folder. The Informatio
Store could not be opened."

It seems their outlook still thinks the user's calendar is in the ol
location. Even though their permissions have been deleted and restore
on the user's Calendar
