OL2003 - email sent 'on behalf of'

I am using OL 2003 with domino connector as primary account(PA), and my
personal pop to second account (POP).

When I create a new message and select the POP account to send the message,
then send it. The message is sent, however the receiver gets "From: Me(POP)
[mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Me(PA)"

I wish to know how to stop this 'on behalf of' part occuring.

Let me guess. Are you using the From field to try to choose the sending
account? That's not what the From field does. Use the Accounts button to
choose the sending account.

Bad guess.

I use the Accounts button and choose the account that I want to send from. I
even have signatures set up to change specifically by account and this occurs.

Is there a mechanism that if the email is not sent via the selected account
(pop accont not reachable) it will then be sent by the default account?

Oh, well.

Outlook 2003 prior to SP2 had that problem.
