I am using Outlook 2003 and somebody else within my dept
is using Outlook 2000. I can see their calender /
contacts etc when they share it but they cannot see mine.
Is this an issue that can be fixed?

What format are you using for your mail storage? Unicode or Ansi? Outlook
2000 uses Ansi and Outlook 2003 can use either Ansi or Unicode. There may
be a problem with Outlook 2000 trying to read a unicode format if you are
using the new default format for Outlook .pst files.
