I am having problems with the ADD history option.
For some reason it shows ALL of my e-mail in this window
and the 'Add' button does not work.
Is there a way for this to be 'resent' or 'cleared'?
I think the cause is that I used the option to

I tried to 'reset' back to Business History but it
doesn't want to Apply or OK. I've event Closed Outlook
and started again - to no avail.
