OL2003-BCM-Problem adding history

I am having problems with the ADD history option.

For some reason it shows ALL of my e-mail in this window
and the 'Add' button does not work.

Is there a way for this to be 'resent' or 'cleared'?

I think the cause is that I used the option to

I tried to 'reset' back to Business History but it
doesn't want to Apply or OK. I've event Closed Outlook
and started again - to no avail.

Clear your forms cache. Tools, Options, Other tab, Advanced Options button,
Custom Forms button. Manage Forms button. Clear Cache.

This did not solve the problem - even after a total Hard
reboot...

Your help and time is greatly appreciated.

Any other suggestions?

Hmmm, this problem is almost always a forms cache issue. How much
information do you have in BCM? The only other option I know of at this
point is creating a ne wBCM database. You can export Accounts and Contacts
so as to not lose those, but opportunities are lost if you change databases.

At this point, I would suggest contacting Microsoft Product Support
Services. You get 2 free incidents per product so other than waiting on
hold, it shouldn't cost you anything.
