OL2003 Autocomplete name not working

I recently changed from OL Express to OL 2003 and find
Autocomplete does not work in the email name line. I have
the check marks set to ON in the
Tools/Options/Preferences/Email Options/Advanced Opt/
Automatic Name Checking and Suggest Names while Completing

Any suggestions?
 
Why do you think it is not working? Have you sent enough messages to have
populated your autocompletion cache? That's what autocompletion will use,
not your address book.
