I have just recently exported my mailbox using Personal
File folder(.pst) format from Outlook 2000. I have a brand
new PC with Outlook 2002. I went ahead and imported my
Personal Folder file(.pst) from Outlook 2000 to Outlook
2002. Everything seems to work fine, except, when I try to
send an e-mail using a contact from my "Contacts" it
doesn't recognize any of the names at all. Is it a problem
with the compatibility with Outlook 2000 to 2002? I have
tried Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2002, Outlook 2002 to
Outlook 2000 and it seems to work just fine. The only way
I can e-mail my contacts on the Outlook 2002 machine is to
manually go into the contact folder and right click a
contact and manually send mail from there. Any
suggestions? Thanks for all the future input!
