I have spent hours trying to read up on this without success. OL2000
sometimes (rarely) allows me to create and publish a form which will be in
HTML each time I use it. Most times however, when I try to create another
form and publish then use, it is in plain text even though it should be
HTML. I do have HTML select in my Mail Format of OL.
I send out repetitious emails of invoices and reminders to pay and prefer
HTML for a more professional corporate look. Any advice on alternatives on
what I can do as I want the subject line already completed, I want to
determine which box the message is stored in and the email address I am
sending it from.
I thought of using macros but I could not get them to be HTML either.
If you can point me in the direction of a URL or a book to read, I would
appreciate this. Tried Sue's site linking to MS help pages without success.
Thanks
