Hello,
I am using Outlook 2003. When I open an new message, it
looks like this:
http://www.webelectricproducts.com/g/image1.jpg
as you can see, there are lots of links with "<...>" in
them and this is not what the message should look like.
I go into the Encoding menu and select US-ASCII, and
nothing happens. However if I GO BACK TO Western European
(ISO) I get the correct display:
http://www.webelectricproducts.com/g/image2.jpg
You can see where all the "<...>" things turned into
dashed lines with the correct headings, in the correct
places.
I tried just selecting Western European (ISO) over and
over, but the only way to get the message to display
correctly is to go to another encoding, then GO BACK to
Western European.
Once I save the message in WE, then it will always display
correctly.
Do I have to set something else so that it will always
display as in image2, even the first time?
Thanks a bunch!
