OL03: OL03 and Lotus Domino server?

One of my clients uses an inhouse Lotus Domino mail server, and my
understanding is that domino has its own email client that does not work
over pop3 to communicate w/ the mail server (please correct me if
incorrect).

When I asked for pop3 access, they said for security reasons they only
allow web based access, and domino email client access.

Is there a solution / application that allows outlook 03 to access a domino
mail server as if it were a domino email client?
 
Lotus makes a client component that works with Outlook; ask the admins for
it. Microsoft will also be coming out with an Outlook 2003 version of its
connector for Domino and Notes.
