I am running OL2002. I like opening in Outlook Today, but I want to us
the "Summer" customization. I can access it, but when I navigate awa
from OL-Today then come back it returns to the "2-column
customization. The difficulty is, with my LCD monitor, I cannot se
items that are past for today under the 2-column customization colors
but they do show up in the summer customization.

Since I can modify how many days I see in OL-Today, I can tell I a
doing SOME customization, but not all.

Could it be because I cannot find the file "outlook3.htm" (that i
referenced in the registry) anyplace on my hard drive?

Thanks for any help

Yes, Style & CustomUrl keys are set the same. Thanks for that attempt
but I saw that info elsewhere also.

Anyone else have a try? I'm about ready to try writing a separat
".htm" file as I have read about elsewhere

The problem was in the PST file, believe-it-or-not. The fix came throug
a call to MS-support, so I thought I'd share it here.

I tried verifying the registry, doing a detect & repair, then trie
calling MS-support. The tech suggested first a re-install but tha
didn't solve the issue. Then he turned to the data file.

This is the procedure from the follow-up e-mail I got from the tech:

1. If the Folder List is not available, click the View menu, and the
click Folder List.

2. Right-click the Outlook Today folder, and then click Properties.

3. Click the Home Page tab, and then click Restore Defaults.

4. Click OK.

someone else.
