OL-Forms for Mac?

Hello everybody,

I just created an OL-Frm at my PC. (WinXP, OL2002)
This Frm does several actions via script (i.e. searching the
addressbook for names an telNo.)
The difficulty is, this Frm doesn't need to run under a WindoseSystem
but is needed in MAC-OS 9.2's OL2001.

The question is, whether or not does M$ provoide the feature "choose
form" in OL2001 under MAC-OS 9.2?
(Or: Is there a way to use a user-defined form instead of the common
mail-form in OL2001 for MAC?)

Outlook for Macintosh has no forms capability, but Macs, in a browser, can use web forms created for Exchange, a totally different process from creating Outlook forms.
