OL 2007: Cannot open your default email folders

Outlook 2007 connecting to Exchange. When attempting to open Outlook, it will
not attach to Exchange. It goes offline. Communication with the Outlook
server seems to be fine (ping, dns, etc.) Cached mode is not used. I setup a
new profile with no problem (resolves name when hitting Check Name), but when
I try the new profile, I get "Cannot open your default email folders. the
information store could not be open". No issue with the mailbox. Any ideas?
 
Is the workstation joined to the active directory domain that the exchange
server is in?

Are you logging onto the workstation with a local or domain account?
