OL 2003 Spam Filter Import

Where can I download the file containing the (major) spam addresses, so I
can import them to OL?

Good question !

Outlook 2003 doesn't use the same sort of "list" of spammers that previous
versions did. In fact, we can't tell you exactly how Outlook 2003 does its
spam filtering. The algorithm that Outlook 2003 uses to filter spam,
including known frequent spammers is not published, and will nto be
published anywhere. If you find a list of the major spamming domains, or
users, you will have to put them into Outlook 2003 manually, using the GUI.
