I have set up my primary email account which is a POP/SMTP (Default) Type. So, in the Mail pane, in the "All Mail Folders" section, I see the default folders (deleted items, inbox, Junk E-Mail, and send) plus those I have created under the name I've set for this account. And it has its own data file outlook.pst

I then created 2 HTTP email accounts and they each display the default folders (deleted items, inbox, Junk E-Mail, and send) under the names I've set up for these accounts and each has its own data file, Microsoft Outlook Internet SetinngsBLAHBLAH-00000029.pst for example

When I try to create a second POP email account, it's diplayed in E-Mail Accounts, contains its own Internet E-Mail Settings (POP3) that are not the same as the primary, and tests OK. I can send emails using this account BUT recieve new mail in my primary POP3 account folder

How do I get the folder to display in the "All Mail Folders" under the account name of the second POP3? And get it to display its own default folders

Hope you can help with my frustration.

POP3 doesn't create their own folder structure and will deliver mail to the
primary folder store, to move mail from this second account to its own
folder structure you would need to use the File > New > Outlook Data File >
and then use the Rules Wizard (Tools > Rules Wizard) to move mail from this
second account into it.

That seems to work. It's a shame though you have to go through this type of trouble

Thanks Robert.
