OL 2003 - Offline calendar not syncing with Server calendar

I am using Outlook 2003 to connect to the Exchange on an
SBS 2000 box. When configured for "Cached Mode", I cannot
see the entries on my calendar stored on the server, just
the ones I create locally. When I force a manual sync for
the calendar, I get an error message and cannot perform
the sync. All other folders (inbox, sent, notes, etc) are
successfully synchronized.

As soon as I clear the "Cached Mode" and access directly
my calendar on the Exchange Server, I can see all
appointments stored on the server.

This began to happen when replaced my computer. I was
able to work just fine in my previous machine and as a
matter of fact, If I login with my credentials to my
former machine, I am able to work fine.

I tried to repair the Office install, performed an
uninstallation/reinstallation and still have no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Just on the off-chance that the cache is messed up
I would try deleting ALL OST files if you find any...

Close Outlook
Search the hard drive for
*.ost
(be sure to search in hidden files)
Then delete it (or all that you find)
Open Outlook

A new OST file will be created when you open
Outlook.

Also you may want to look into the following possible solutions
There are several solutions offered on this page
(not just the scanpst):
