OL 2003 - Customize Form

Hello together

I use Outlook 2003 (english version) and I want to customize the contac
form. So I open it and then I choose TOOLS - FORMS - DESIGN THIS FORM. Bu
unfortunately not this form is opened in an edit mode. Always the contac
form from Outlook 2002 is opened (I had it installed before)
What is my mistake? How can I customize the original contact form of Outloo
2003

This is by design. The picture control on the Outlook 2003 contact form is
private to Outlook and not available to developers. For the purpose of form
design, Outlook 2003 exposes the same contact form layout as Outlook 98,
2000, and 2002.
